Buying as a guest

You can make quick purchases even without having an account by adding items to cart and using guest checkout.  As a registered user however, you will enjoy the convenience provided by the full suite of features of eCommodityExpress including the ability to create wish lists, viewing order history, as well as to create and use a virtual wallet.  Create your account  now

When buying as a guest, you can:

  • View order details
  • Track the package
  • Email/contract the seller

To view your order details and track the item, you can use tracking number that we sent to your email account during purchase confirmation.

Paying for Items

You can pay for items using PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards.

Once you've added products to your cart you can check out as a guest or as a registered user.   You will be given the opportunity to verify or make changes to your shipping information.  Once you confirm your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment window. From here you can either pay with PayPal or directly with your credit card.  Registered users do not have to input their credit card details here.

You'll get an email confirming your payment and when your item will be shipped.

Shipping and tracking

FedEx is our official shipping provider. Once your order has been received by FedEx we will send you the tracking number for tracking your order online. If you encounter issues with the shipping, please contact us here

Fees, billing and invoices

In Ecommodity Express, we absolutely do not have any hidden charges. All charges are transparent - you pay only for the cost of the product, shipping fees and taxes (if applicable).  We take pride in our transparency.

Billing

All transactions you have with us are securely tracked and managed by our team of professionals. All transactions will have a corresponding reference number for fast and easy tracking.

Receipt

We provide receipts in electronic form via email.  Payment receipts are handled directly by PayPal through their secured payment tools. If you didn't receive any receipt after purchase, please try to check your junk or spam folder first. Otherwise you can always contact us here and we will assist you as soon as we receive your email.
